Yield: 150 pcs 1"x1"x1/2" thick
Ingredients and Prices
1/2 kg Brown Sugar = ₱ 47
1/2 kg Glutinous Rice Flour = ₱ 49
1 Large Can Evaporated Milk (370 ml) + 1 small
can (154 ml) = ₱ 35
2 cups Pure Cococnut Milk = ₱ 40

Total Ingredient Cost = ₱ 171

Procedure
In a large hot pan toast glutinous rice flour until light brown.

Set aside 3/4 cup of toasted flour for dusting.

In a pot combine coconut milk, evaporated milk and sugar. Bring to a boil.

Add the toasted flour and cook until smooth and very sticky stirring regularly to prevent lumps.

Transfer on a tray dusted with flour and spread evenly. Dust the top as well.

Leave to cool and cut into 1"x1" with 1/2" thickness.

Serve and Enjoy.
