Ingredients and Prices
4 pcs Hard Tofu/Tokwa = ₱ 16
2 pcs Large Red Onion (chopped) = ₱ 7
2 tbsp Ginger (minced) = ₱ 2
1 pc Red Chili/Labuyo (chopped) = ₱ 0.25
1 pc Chili Finger (ring) = ₱ 0.25
1/4 tsp Grind Black Pepper = ₱ 0.25
2 tbsp Liquid Seasoning (maggie or knorr) = ₱ 3
1 tbsp Calamansi Juice = ₱ 4
6 tbsp Mayonnaise (lady's choice) = ₱ 30 you can use cheaper brand
1/8 tsp Iodized Salt = ₱ 0.25
Total Ingredient Cost = ₱ 63
Procedure
Cut the tofu in half.
Fry until golden and crispy.
Cut into small pieces.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except tofu and give it a good mix.
Add the fried tofu and mix well.
And you're done!
Perfect serve with steamed rice or serve as pulutan.
