Ingredients and Prizes
1/2 kg Young Coconut Flesh = ₱ 80
836g Can Fruit Cocktail (large can) = ₱ 70
250 ml All Purpose Cream = ₱ 51
300 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk (large can) = ₱ 49
1/2 cup Grated Cheese = ₱ 20
Total Ingredient Cost = ₱ 270
Other Expenses (portion of transpo, salad cups etc.) = ₱ 15
SRP base on Market Prize = ₱ 20/cup
Total Potential Profit Per Pc = ₱ 5
Procedure
Strain the fruit cocktail to remove the syrup or liquid.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
Transfer in a 1/2 cup size salad cups.
Put in a refrigerator.
Serve and Enjoy!
This costing is for small entrepreneur who want to start at low with 5 to 20 pcs production.
