Filipino version of coffee panna cotta using stick of nescafe instant coffee.

Ingredients and Prices
1 250 ml Nestle All Purpose Cream = ₱ 51
2 pcs 2g Stick Nescafe Instant Coffee = ₱ 6
1/4 cup White Sugar = ₱ 2.16
2 tsp Gelatin Powder (band alsa gulaman) = ₱ 4
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract = ₱ 0.14
1/3 cup Hot Water
Chocolate Sauce (Optional)
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Buttons = ₱ 14.5
1/4 cup Evaporated Milk = ₱ 3.6
Total Ingredient Cost = ₱ 81.4
Procedure
Place a pot over low heat and pour hot water, sugar, vanilla extract and instant coffee. Mix well until sugar dissolved.
Add nestle all purpose crream, mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes while continue stirring.
Add gelatine powder, mix well.
Turn of the flame and transfer in 4 plastic molds or ramekins.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
To make the chocolate sauce, place a bowl over a pot with simmering water. Put chocolate buttons and evaporated milk.
Once the chocolate started to melt, mix using spatula until smooth and glossy.
Turn of the flame and leave to cool.
Note! chocolate sauce is optional, you can eat panna cotta without it or you can use ready made chocolate syrup.
To remove the panna cotta from the molds, run a knife around the edges of the molds and dip the bottom of the molds in a hot water for quick release.
Transfer in a serving plate and drizzel over your prepared chocolate sauce.
