Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream for Food Business w/ Complete Costing-food and recipes
While summer start your ice cream business, with this peanut butter and banana flavored ice cream you can beat the heat of summer while enjoying eating this wonderful dessert!

Ingredients and Prices
1/3 cup Peanuts = ₱ 6
1 pc Ripe Banana = ₱ 10
1/3 cup Peanut Butter = ₱ 10
370 ml All Purpose Cream = ₱ 44
168 ml Condensed Milk = ₱ 21
(small can)
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk = ₱ 7
Total Ingredient Cost = ₱ 98
Other Expenses (electricity,ice cream cups, etc.) = ₱ 20
Total Expenses = ₱ 118
SRP base on Market Prize = ₱ 15 per Pc
(15x16 = 240)
Total Profit per Pc = ₱ 7.63
Procedure
Do this in advance, put all purpose cream in a refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. (do not freeze!)
When your cream is ready time to make the ice cream, First place large mixing bowl in a freezer for at least 15 minutes.
In a blender combine condensed milk, 2 tbsp of cooked peanuts, evaporated milk, peanut butter and banana. Puree until smooth then set aside.
Using your cold bowl, whip the chilled whipping cream for about 8 to 10 minutes or until it double it's volume.
Slowly add the puree mixture while the motor is running. Set aside.
For the toppings
Crush the remaining peanuts into tiny bits using food processor.
Scoop the ice cream mixture into 1/2 cup ice cream cups, top with crushed peanuts, cover and freeze overnight.
