Filipino delicacy recipe, very simple to make. just added a little twist to our beloved maja blanca..

Ingredients
1/2 cup cream corn
1 pack greenleaves maja blanca mix
3/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup margarine/ butter
2 cups crushed graham
Grated cheese (had a bad experience with the cheese i used.so i wont promote it.hehe.feeling endorser. taray)
Procedure
Mix together 2 cups crushed grahams and 1/4 cup butter and press into a pan..you can add 1 tbsp sugar if you want..then chill..
Mix together cream corn, condensed milk, maja blanca mix and 3 cups water until smooth..
Cook it in a medium heat until thick..
Pour it to the pan and let it cool.
You can pour some of the remaining cream corn on top for design...
Add grated cheese ehem..a lot....im a cheese lover so i put a lot...then put it in the fridge..doesn't need much time in the fridge an hour or two will do.
After, remove from the pan..by the way i was able to make 2 cakes.
Then there you have it...maja blanca pie..very simple yet very yummy!
