How to Make Red Bean Paste-food and recipes

This is a tutorial on hot to make red monggo bean paste. Usually used in many asian pastry recipes like hopiang monggo.

Ingredients
Filling
2 1/2 cup Adzuki Beans
1 can Condensed Milk
1/2 cup White Sugar

Procedure
Wash the beans. In a pot combine beans and water and boil until beans is soft. It will take about 30 to 40 minutes.
Mash the cooked beans using a potato masher... Add the condensed milk and white sugar mix well.
Simmer until it thickens...

Refrigerate.
