Yield: 12 pcs
Ingredients 

1 kg Ground Pork (20% Fat) 
1 Medium Size Carrots 
1 Big Red Onion  
1 Red Bell Pepper 
5 Cloves Gralic 
1/2 cup Raisin 
3 pcs Slice Bread 
1 tsp Iodized Salt 
1 tbsp Chicken Powder 
1 tbsp Sugar = 
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder 
6 pcs Eggs  
1/2 Bar Cheese (O.K.) 
2 pcs Hotdog 




Procedure
Boil four pcs of egg for 8 minutes. Peel and cut into 6 wedges per piece.

Cut the hotdog into 6 per piece (lengthwise).

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the hotdog and boiled egg. Mix well.

Prepare an aluminum foil, put 1/2 cup of meat mixture on it then spread. Add 2 slices of egg and sliced hotdog in the middle, then cover with meat mixture.

Roll the foil and seal both ends.

Steam for 45 minutes.

Serve!
