4 Ingredient Vanilla Ice Cream w/out Ice Cream Machine
Today I will do some magic, a homemade vanilla ice cream with only four simple ingredients and no ice cream machine required. It's so creamy and delicious; the secret is in the ingredients: heavy cream, vanilla extract, whiskey and sweetened condensed milk. So simple but best of all!
Ingredients
2 cups Heavy Cream (chilled)
1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Whiskey (optional)
Procedure
Place your bowl, whisk and heavy cream into the freezer for 10-15 minutes to chill.
In another bowl combine condensed milk, vanilla extract and whiskey mix well. Set aside.
After chilling pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl and whip using a hand mixer until stiff peak. Start whipping on slow.
Once you get some good bubble formation, then you can raise the speed.

Now combine the whipped cream and condensed milk by folding.
Pour in a loaf pan. Cover the top with cling wrap and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Your homemade ice cream is ready!
