How to Make Butter (homemade butter)-food and recipes


This is a tutorial on how to make a homemade butter. Fast, easy, fresh and no preservatives.

Ingredients

3 Cups Heavy Cream/Double Cream/Whipping Cream (30-40% fat)

Procedure
Pour the cream in your electric mixer.

Whip cream on medium high speed, until fluffy and light, for about 4-5 minutes.

Now over whip the cream on medium speed for another 4-5 minutes.




Collect all the butter and make a ball. Squeeze to remove all the buttermilk inside, remove as much as you can.

Put the butter in an airtight container and refrigerate.

Done!
