Oven Toaster Chocolate Fudge Brownies-food and recipes

Learn how to bake chocolate fudge brownies in an oven toaster.

Ingredients
4 tbsp Melted Butter
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp White Sugar
1 pc Egg
6 tbsp Cocoa Powder
6 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/8 tsp Baking Powder

Procedure
In a medium size mixing bowl combine melted butter, salt, vanilla extract, sugar and egg. Mix well.

Sift cocoa powder, baking powder and all purpose flour, then add into the mixture.

Mix well until smooth batter is formed and make sure no lumps.

Prepare a 9"x 5" oven toaster tray lined with aluminum foil and lightly grease with melted butter.

Pour the mixture onto the tray and spread evenly using spatula.

Cover loosely with aluminum foil.

Put in the oven toaster. Set the timer to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes rest for 3 minutes and cook again for another 5 minutes.
