Nescafe Panna Cotta (pinoy style)-food and recipes
Learn how to make coffee panna cotta using Nescaffe Coffee!
Ingredients
1 250 ml Nestle All Purpose Cream
1 2g Stick Nescafe Coffee
1/4 cup White Sugar
2 tsp Clear Gelatin Powder (alsa gulaman)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Hot Water
Procedure
In a small mixing bowl combine hot water and coffee. Mix well...
In a medium pot combine coffee and water mixture, sugar, gelatin powder and vanilla extract, mix well...
Add all purpose cream and mix...
Boil over medium heat...
Once boiling turn off the heat and pour the mixture into molds.
(I'm using 2 pcs small llanera for this recipe).
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or over night.
