No-bake Cream Cheese Flan-food and recipes


Hello guys! Let's make a no-bake cream cheese flan. This recipe is 6"x 1" cream cheese. Delicious and easy to make!


Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese (room temp)
168 ml condensed milk
140 ml evaporated milk
2 pcs eggs
5 tbsp white sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Procedure
To make the caramel place a 8"x 2" pan over low heat.
Add 3 tbsp sugar and caramelize. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl whip the cream cheese until smooth and add the eggs one at a time. Mix well.
Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Get the pan with the caramel and pour the flan mixture while straining to remove any lumps.
Cover with foil and steam for about an hour and 15 minutes. Use a knife to check if the flan is already cooked, it should come out clean once you insert it in the center of the flan.

Chilled for at least 2 hours.
To loosen the flan from the pan, run a knife around the edges of the flan and transfer on a serving plate.
