1 cup All Purpose Flour = ₱ 12.75
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder = ₱ 13
1/4 cup White Sugar ₱ 2.16
1 3/4 cup Evaporated Milk ₱ 24
1/4 cup Butter ₱ 14.8
1/8 tsp Coffee ₱ .5
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract = ₱ 0.14
Frosting
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Buttons "Goya" ₱ 29
2 tbsp Evaporated Mlk ₱ 1.8

Procedure
In a bowl sift all purpose flour and cocoa powder. Set aside until needed.
Place a non stick pan over low flame, add 1 cup evaporated milk, vanilla extract, instant coffee, sugar and butter. Mix until all ingredients are dissolved.
Add flour and cocoa mixture, mix until all liquid is absorbed by flour and cocoa.
Add 1/2 cup evaporated milk and continue cooking the flour.
Once it get's too thick add another 1/4 to 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Just continue cooking over low flame until flour is totally cooked and can hold a shape.
Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Transfer the cooked brownie mixture onto the pan and spread evenly.
For the chocolate frosting, prepare a bain marie, add 2 tbsp evaporated milk and 1/2 cup dark chocolate. Mix until chocolate is melted and glossy.
Spread the chocolate frosting on the top of the brownie.
Sprinkle some roasted peanuts and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or over night.
After chilling slice into your desire size and it's ready to serve!
