Another "pangkabuhayan recipe" for all Chef n Meals followers. Today I will share to you guy's our family recipe for beef tapa. Making this wonderful dish is very easy, all of the ingredients are probably present in your pantry that's why you don't need to go to "tapsilogan" to eat your favorite beef tapa or to buy some ready made tapa in the supermarkets. This recipe is very quick and easy to follow and I'm sure that you and your family will love it!

Ingredients
1.5 Lbs Sirloin (thinly sliced)
For the Marinade
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice or Calamansi Juice
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Rock Salt
3 tbsp Minced Garlic
Vegetable Oil for Pan Frying
Procedure
- In a mixing bowl combine all marinade ingredients, mix well until sugar and salt are dissolved.
- Add the sliced beef and massage to fully coat with marinade. Cover with cling wrap and keep in your fridge overnight.
- After marinating for overnight, strain to remove excess marinade.
- Heat your pan to medium high and pour 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, add the beef and arrange to single layer for even cooking, cook each side for about 2 minutes or until brown. Add more oil if needed.
- Remove from the pan and serve with spiced vinegar. You can also try our Sinamak recipes or Ilonggo Spiced Vinegar.
